Laboratory Handling and Reconstitution

Reconstitute lyophilized BPC-157 by introducing bacteriostatic or sterile water slowly down the inside wall of the vial using a sterile syringe. Gently swirl to dissolve — do not shake. Agitation can degrade peptide structure. Solvent volume selected determines working concentration for the research protocol in use.

Storage Guidelines

Unreconstituted: Store at -20°C for long-term stability (up to 24 months) or at 2–8°C for shorter-term storage. Protect from light and moisture. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Reconstituted: Store at 2–8°C and use within 4–6 weeks. For extended storage, aliquot into single-use volumes and freeze at -20°C.
